The suspense over who is playing the female lead in Mahesh Babu’s upcoming film Sarkaru Vaari Paata has come to an end.
All thanks to an Instagram live session done by ‘Mahanati’ fame Keerthy Suresh, who has confirmed that she will be pairing up with Mahesh in SVP.
Buzz had it that the makers are considering leading Bollywood heroines for the role.
Kiara Advani’s name was speculated a lot, but there were reports that Mahesh suggested Keerthy’s name given the importance of the heroine's character in it.
This is the first time that Keerthy teams up with Mahesh. She romanced Pawan Kalyan in Agnyathavaasi and had paired up with Tamil Superstar Vijay.
She has been very choosy with her films post Mahanati and has done three female oriented movies in the process.
Penguin is releasing on Amazon Prime tomorrow and her other movies Miss India and Good Luck Sakhi are also ready for release.
Sarkaru Vaari Paata should help her come out of Mahanati mode and land her opportunities in big ticket Telugu films.
