Sonal Chauhan will be seen romancing Balakrishna for the third time in Ruler which also has Vedhika playing other female lead role.
Sonal says that she initially scared when she first got the film offer opposite Balakrishna.
“He made me feel at home. All my nervousness had gone in no time. He’s got very good sense of humor. I immediately felt that Telugu industry is like home for me, thanks to Balayya Babu.”
About her role, Sonal informs that she plays a strong-headed girl Harika.
“I’ve got some funny scenes to work in the film. Mine is actually a very glamorous role.”
Sonal Chauhan affirms that she has a complaint against industry.
“I’m somebody who likes to do different roles. But, for some reason, I’m getting strong-headed and strong personality kind of roles. My complaint on the industry is that, if somebody’s doing well in some kind of role, they kind of typecast you and only make you do that.”
Sonal also expressed her wish of doing non-glamorous and village girl kind of roles.
“Hope, somebody is listening. And I promise I’ll do full justice to it.”
Like on every other actress, there were several rumors on Sonal Chauhan as well. How she takes them?
“I just laugh at them. The rumors didn’t affect me more professionally than personally.”
The KS Ravikumar directorial is due for release on 20th of this month.
