A team of Income Tax (I-T) officials conducted raids on the offices of Telugu film production company Mythri Movie Makers' headquarters and reportedly collected documents.
Along with Mythri Movie Makers, IT officials raided the office of Sukumar who is the production partner for a few movies with the leading production house.
There have been various reports that the production house broke investment regulations and they got funding from politicians as well. The Raids were conducted for nearly 6 days.
Additionally, following the raids, there have been no official announcements, leaving many in the dark regarding the outcomes for several days.
The authorities have not disclosed whether any cash was found or not, and only the two parties involved are aware of the facts. Nevertheless, rumors continue to circulate.
The production house has a big line-up of movies, including Pushpa 2, Ustaad Bhagat Singh, NTR31, RC16 etc.
