Is Tamil superstar Ajith Kumar getting a whopping Rs 105 crore as a paycheck?
According to Tamil media reports, he indeed is taking such fees for his 62nd movie to be directed by Vignesh Shivan.
Ajith Kumar’s recent film, Valimai, was an average grosser in Tamil but bombed big time in all other languages.
None of his previous movies have worked in Telugu either. But still, he is getting such an amount.
Ajith Kumar is undoubtedly one of the biggest superstars in the Tamil film industry.
In fact, after Rajinikanth, Vijay and Ajith Kumar are the two top stars who are competing with each other in delivering massive blockbusters in Tamilnadu. However, unlike Rajinikanth and Vijay, Ajith Kumar has little market outside his home region.
Considering these facts, it is strange that he is getting more than Rs 100 crore.
