Hero Sree Vishnu scored the biggest hit of his career with Samajavaragamana which is making strong business in its second week as well.
The actor who is enjoying the success made some interesting revelations in his exclusive interview with us.
As is known that Sree Vishnu is a big fan of Venkatesh and people are comparing Samajavaragamana with Nuvvu Naku Nachav.
“When I first heard the story, I felt it will be mini Nuvvu Naku Nachav. I liked the core point. However, I wanted a change in the climax. But later I realized that we shouldn’t think much about logic in these kinds of movies. We chopped off many scenes from the final version, as we wanted it to be an out-and-out entertainer from start to end.”
Many opined that songs turned a speed break for the flow and Sree Vishnu also feels the same.
“We initially planned montage songs in a funny way. But producers wanted to shoot songs in foreign locations to bring a grand look to the movie.”
Sree Vishnu’s last few movies didn’t get good openings and the actor reveals the reason for it.
“Since my movies are recovering investments from non-theatrical deals, producers are not going for a grand release. Lack of promotions is another reason. I feared that the same mistake will repeat for Samajavaragamana. But fortunately, my producers did promote the movie aggressively and early premiere shows were held in several centres. I will also make sure my next movies will have good songs and will have early promotions.”
Some opine that Sree Vishnu will take Venkatesh’s place.
Reacting to the same, the actor stated, “I’m happy that family audiences applauding me. So, I will make sure there will be a good dose of comedy in every movie. There’s still a long way to go. So, I don’t want comparisons at this point of my career with Venkatesh gaaru. However, I too want to be non-controversial like Venkatesh. We were supposed to do a movie together. But it didn’t materialize for a reason. We both liked it. In fact, Venky gaaru too want to do a multi-starrer with me.”
