Coronavirus has affected all aspects of our lives and the constant news about the pandemic can feel never-ending.
Not only is it impacting our physical health but it is taking its toll on some people's mental health too.
With the intent of motivating people who are depressed, Manchu Lakshmi is conducting interviews with film industry folks, doctors and others through instagram chat show called ‘Locked Up With Lakshmi’.
Today, Manchu Lakshmi interacted with her good friend and actress Rakul Preet Singh who’s presently in Mumbai along with her parents and brother.
Rakul says that, spirituality taught her to spend alone.
“I don’t really get time to spend with my family. Spirituality practice made me a complete person. I now don’t feel restlessness.”
Rakul, as we know, is a multi-talented. She was into sports and played junior nationals (Golf). She did modelling, before venturing into films and had plan B had she failed as an actor.
“I had alternative plans. If I’m able to crack it in industry, I’ll continue here or else I would do MBA in Brand management. That’s my alternative, had I failed miserably as an actor.”
Rakul is presently doing Nithiin’s film with Chandrasekhar Yeleti and couple of Bollywood projects.
