Marthand K Venkatesh is one of the senior editors in Tollywood who has worked for Mahesh Babu’s upcoming flick Sarkaru Vaari Paata.
SVP marks 450th movie for Marthand K Venkatesh who predicts the Parasuram directorial is going to be a sure shot blockbuster.
He says the movie will have love and family elements like in Geetha Govindam and action and mass elements like in Pokiri.
“Sarkaru Vaari Paata will be a feast for Mahesh Babu fans. I felt the same excitement for Pokiri.”
The editor informs Mahesh Babu’s look in the movie is best in his career so far.
“First half of the movie will appeal largely to youth. It will evoke laughs whenever hero and heroine meet. Second half will have family emotions, as well as mass and action.
Actually, Marthand worked on few portions of Raja Kumarudu, due to injury for original editor Chanti.
“I later worked for few Mahesh Babu’s films like Takkari Donga, Pokiri, Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu.”
Marthand affirms, editors had huge respect during the time of reel era, as the work used to be very heavy back then.
“The work has become very easy during digital era now.”
About director Parasuram, he says, “I like Parasuram’s writing- his dialogues, characterization of heroes and heroines in his movies. Mahesh Babu’s character in SVP is hilarious and has other facets as well.”
Sarkaru Vaari Paata will be gracing the theatres on May 12th.
