Hero Profits Rs 4 Cr After 7 Years

Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff has sold his luxury apartment in the Rustomjee Paramount project, Khar, Mumbai, for Rs 15.60 crore.

The property, registered in September 2025 with the Inspector General of Registration, spans a carpet area of 1,989.72 sq ft and includes three car parking spaces.

Tiger completed the transaction by paying Rs 93.60 lakh in stamp duty and Rs 30,000 in registration charges.

Originally purchased in 2018 for Rs 11.62 crore, the apartment earned Tiger a profit of Rs 3.98 crore over seven years.

The sale reflects a significant appreciation in value, highlighting the growing demand for premium residential spaces in Mumbai.

Khar, known for its upscale residential and commercial developments, offers excellent connectivity via the Western Express Highway and upcoming Metro lines, while being close to key business districts like Bandra Kurla Complex and Lower Parel.

On the professional front, Tiger Shroff, who debuted in Heropanti in 2014, has since appeared in films such as War, Heropanti 2, Singham Again, Baaghi, Ganapath, and Bade Miyan Chote Miyan.

His latest release, Baaghi 4, featured him opposite Harnaaz Sandhu and received mixed reviews from critics and audiences alike.
