Hanu Man Goes Past $5M Mark

For the first time, a Telugu film without a big star or a renowned director has grossed $5 million in North America. This remarkable achievement was made possible by the box office success of "Hanu Man."

"Hanu Man," directed by Prasanth Varma and featuring Teja Sajja, Amritha Aiyer, and Varalaxmi Sarath Kumar, crossed the $5 million mark on its third Sunday.

With no new Telugu films released last weekend, "Hanu Man" continued to perform well.

Already, "Hanu Man" ranks as the fifth highest-grossing Telugu film of all time, following "Baahubali," "Salaar," "RRR," and "Baahubali 2."
