Veera Simha Reddy, an action-packed entertainer starring Nandamuri Balakrishna, has completed all the necessary formalities, including censorship, and has been granted a U/A certificate.
The film is set for a grand release on January 12th.
The theatrical trailer was recently launched to positive response, although the songs received mixed reviews when compared to Waltair Veerayya.
According to censor reports, the film's first half is strong, with a 20-minute episode that is well-received, while the second half is said to be less engaging with the talkie part. However, it is balanced out by the inclusion of three songs and four fight scenes.
Balakrishna's dual roles, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar's intense character, and Honey Rose's emotional performance are expected to be the film's unique selling points.
The film is directed by Gopichand Malineni and produced by Mythri Movie Makers.
Shruti Haasan plays the leading lady and Duniya Vijay is cast as the antagonist.
