Maverick filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma has brought back his long-delayed project ‘Enter The Girl Dragon’ into the limelight.
Taking to his popular Twitter handle, the director announced that this most ambitious film of his career will be India’s First Martial Arts Film and the teaser will be unveiled on Bruce Lee’s 80th anniversary. (Nov 27)
As promised, the teaser has been unveiled by RGV a few moments ago on social media.
Starring debutante Pooja Bhalekar in the titular role, the over 3-minute clip solely focuses on the love life and martial arts journey of the leading lady.
Blended with stunning action sequences and irresistible glamour of Pooja, Enter The Girl Dragon revolves around the love triangle between the female lead, her boyfriend and her inspiration towards martial arts.
Besides flaunting her sexy curves to perfection, Pooja Bhalekar has nailed her role of a kick-ass girl who doesn’t think twice before bashing up anyone.
While the quotes of Bruce Lee look special in the teaser, the stunts by the young actress in a saree are certainly a stand apart.
The BGM composed by Ravi Shankar is terrific and overall, the film looks pretty interesting. Looks like RGV is going to strike the right chord this time around.
