Dhanush, one of the leading stars of the Tamil film industry has signed director Sekhar Kammula’s next.
The film is planned as a Pan-India project. Dhanush also announced it officially through his social media handles.
He also reportedly agreed to do a film for Sithara Entertainments. Venky Atluri may helm the project. However, it has not yet been announced officially.
Here comes the twist. Dhanush, who has multiple movies in Tamil, has now pushed the Telugu films to 2022. He will not get into the shooting of Sekhar Kammula’s film this year.
Completing the Tamil projects he had already signed is his immediate priority.
Currently busy shooting for his 43rd film, Dhanush will next launch his 44th movie. Produced by Sun Pictures, Mithran Jawahar directs it. Sekhar Kammula’s will be the 45th movie, which will go to the floors next year.
If he signs the project with Sithara Entertainments, then it is likely to be pushed to 2022.
