Actor and MLA Balakrishna faced an unexpected shock recently. As everyone knows, he has been serving as the brand ambassador for a jewelry brand.
He visited Eluru for the inauguration of one of their stores. As usual, he tossed the mic into the air and delivered his speech with his trademark energy.
Normally, when Balakrishna speaks, no one interrupts him. That’s because he tends to lose his temper quickly, issuing warnings on the spot or sometimes even taking physical action. However, in Eluru, Balayya encountered an unpleasant experience.
As soon as he began his speech, a section of the crowd started chanting slogans.
While one might expect the usual "Jai Balayya" chants, this time the crowd loudly shouted, “NTR... CM.” Nearly 50 people raised the chant together, which seemed to leave Balakrishna visibly uncomfortable at one point.
Until now, such NTR slogans had mostly surfaced during the tours of Chandrababu Naidu and Lokesh. Many fans displayed cutouts, flags, and banners of Jr NTR.
Whenever this happened, Chandrababu and Lokesh quickly handled the situation through their followers. Recently, at one event, Lokesh holding a photo of NTR even became a hot topic.
Putting those incidents aside, such NTR slogans are rare at Balakrishna’s meetings. That’s why the Eluru incident has now become a hot topic. There’s speculation that Balakrishna may face more such situations in the coming days.
Just like how Allu Arjun once said “Cheppanu Brother” (I won’t say, brother) when asked about Pawan Kalyan, it remains to be seen if Balakrishna will also come up with his own unique response when it comes to NTR.
