Bhairavam: A New Chapter for Bellamkonda Sreenivas

Bhairavam: A New Chapter for Bellamkonda Sreenivas

Come May 30, audiences will witness a new dimension of Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas in Bhairavam. His performance in this action drama is expected to be compelling and nuanced.

The film marks a departure from the Jaya Janaki Nayaka actor’s usual action-heavy roles. In Bhairavam, he takes on a purpose-driven, performance-oriented character designed to bring freshness to his repertoire.

Clearly, he is seeking to explore greater diversity within the action genre. His dialogues, too, are markedly different from those in his previous films.

Having taken on varied roles in films like Rakshasudu and the Hindi remake of Chatrapathi, Sreenivas now delves into a character with a distinct emotional arc in Bhairavam.

The trailer hints at a layered portrayal, with emotional depth and impactful dialogue delivery.

Directed by Vijay Kanakamedala, the film casts Sreenivas in a role laced with emotional undertones and meaningful moments.

Known for choosing roles that challenge him, he appears to be continuing that trend with this project.

Speaking about Bhairavam, the actor recently said the film becomes especially gripping from the pre-interval stage.

"I like to challenge myself. If a film is good, I’m ready to remake any movie — whether it’s a Prabhas film or a Soori film," he added.

Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas, who made his film debut in 2014, is also currently working on Tyson Naidu, Kishkindhapuri, and Haindava.
