Balakrishna's 'Akhanda' In Financial Tensions

Balakrishna's 'Akhanda' In Financial Tensions

The ticket prices in Andhra Pradesh are disturbing the release of Balakishna's Akhanda. There is no problem with the release date of the film.

The promotions are also geared up. Lon while ago the business in AP (excluding Ceded) was closed at 35 Cr ratio.

The initial agreements were also signed. Many thought that the new rates would come into picture but they didn't.

Now the buyers are clearly saying that it is difficult to release at that price and expecting a flat cut down of 25 to 30 percent of the price.

They are accepting only at Rs 28 Cr ration. So correspondingly Ceded also falls down its price. So a flat Rs 10 Cr is going to be lost by the film at these prices.

The producer is not agreeing to these new demands. Adding to that Boyapati made him spend huge on many things.

Though the non theatrical rights are sold at good prices, the theatrical burden will be around s 50 Cr, says sources. Producer Miriyala Ravinder Reddy is already in crises with Boyapati's earlier films.

Meanwhile these meetings are going on and nothing is getting finalized in favor of the producer.
