YSR Congress party leader and popular Tollywood comedian Ali celebrated Id-Ul-Fitr (Ramzan festival) this year in a special way.
He went to the residence of megastar Chiranjeevi with his family members on Saturday to celebrate Eid.
While extending greetings to all Muslim brethren on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr on Twitter, the megastar extended special greetings to Ali and his family.
The comedian-turned-politician called on Chiranjeevi in Hyderabad to celebrate the festival along with his family members.
Ali said this year's Ramzan festival was very special, as he celebrated it with his favorite actor Chiranjeevi.
“The festival is essential for me because it inculcates discipline in life and makes it systematic,” he said.
The pictures of Ali's celebration of Ramzan festival with the megastar have gone viral and triggered a debate in the media.
Chiranjeevi's younger brother and power star Pawan Kalyan have been making strong attacks on the YSR Congress party. Still, the megastar chose to entertain Ali on the Ramzan festival, which naturally evokes a lot of curiosity.
Chiranjeevi, who has openly declared that he is keeping away from politics, has been meeting politicians from all parties, including the Bharatiya Janata Party, Telugu Desam Party, and even Bharat Rashtra Samithi.
He also maintains good relations with YSRC leaders, particularly chief minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy.
So, it is no surprise that he entertains Ali on the Ramzan day, even though Ali has declared that he is ready to fight against Pawan Kalyan in the next assembly elections!
