On the auspicious occasion of Ram Navami, the makers of Adipurush have unveiled a new poster of the film featuring Prabhas, Kriti Sanon, Saif Ali Khan, Sunny Singh, and Devdatta Nage.
The movie, which is set to release on June 16, 2023, is a much-awaited magnum opus with a star-studded cast.
The poster showcases Prabhas as Raghav, Kriti Sanon as Janaki, Sunny Singh as Shesh, and Devdatta Nage as Bajrang, bowing down to the lead actors.
The film is based on the Indian epic Ramayana and aims to convey the virtues of Prabhu Shri Ram, such as Dharma, Courage, and Sacrifice.
As expected, the poster has generated mixed reactions on social media, with some praising Kriti Sanon's appearance while others expressing doubts about Prabhas' suitability for the role.
Ram Navami marks the birth anniversary of Lord Shri Ram and the beginning of goodness.
Adipurush is directed by Om Raut and produced by T-Series, Bhushan Kumar & Krishan Kumar, Om Raut, Prasad Sutar, and Rajesh Nair of Retrophiles. The film will be released in IMAX and 3D formats.
