Tabu has expanded her real estate portfolio by purchasing a luxury apartment in Mumbai’s Versova for ₹10 crore.
The property is located in the Godrej Skyshore project and the transaction was completed with Godrej Properties, according to documents accessed via Liases Foras.
The apartment spans approximately 2,153 sq ft and includes a balcony of around 127 sq ft. The deal was registered on March 26, 2026, with a stamp duty of ₹5.24 lakh and a registration fee of ₹30,000.
The purchase also comes with two dedicated car parking spaces.
Godrej Skyshore is spread over more than 27,000 sq ft and will feature two towers — Tower A and Tower B — rising up to 24 floors, along with five basement levels and a ground floor.
The project is expected to house around 126 residential units, making it a relatively exclusive development in the Versova area.
On the professional front, Tabu continues to be regarded as one of Indian cinema’s most versatile performers.
Known for her acclaimed roles in films like Maqbool, Haider, and Andhadhun, she has consistently taken on layered and unconventional characters, earning multiple National Awards.
