Hansika Motwani has officially separated from her husband. Last month, a family court in Bandra, Mumbai, granted them divorce.
However, she had not reacted to it until now. Finally, Hansika has opened up about her divorce and said she has no regrets about the decision.
“I have no regrets about my divorce. Everything is fine now. Sometimes, we board the wrong train. It is wrong to continue the journey knowingly. Getting down from that train is the best decision. That’s what I did,” she said.
Hansika said she is fully satisfied with her decision and is now in a better mental state.
She also added that only she and her ex-husband know what exactly went wrong.
“Some things are better left private. It is not right to reveal everything. I have never spoken about it, and I will not speak about it in the future as well,” she said.
Soon after the divorce was finalised, Hansika visited the Golden Temple. Later, she went on a trip to Japan with her mother and brother.
Hansika married Sohail Kathuria in December 2022. He was previously married and had divorced his first wife before marrying Hansika. The couple separated earlier this year.
