Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan has rented out his luxurious sea-facing property in Juhu to his girlfriend, actress-singer Saba Azad, for ₹75,000 a month, according to documents accessed via Zapkey. The agreement is for one year.
The property, located in Mannat Apartments (Vartamaan) on the Juhu-Versova Link Road, spans 12,000 sq ft.
Hrithik purchased three floors in the building back in October 2020, including the 18th floor and a duplex on the 19th and 20th floors, for ₹97.5 crore.
As per the leave-and-license agreement dated August 4, 2025, a deposit of ₹1.25 lakh was paid. Hrithik could not be reached for comment.
The Roshans’ real-estate deals frequently make headlines. In May 2025, Hrithik and his father, filmmaker Rakesh Roshan, sold three Andheri apartments for ₹6.75 crore.
Earlier this year, Hrithik also rented a 2,727 sq ft office space in Goregaon for ₹5.62 lakh a month, and in February, he renewed a lease for a 9,209 sq ft commercial property in Pune’s Kharadi for ₹6.08 lakh a month.
Hrithik and Saba made their relationship official in 2022 when they appeared together at Karan Johar’s 50th birthday celebration. Since then, she has been a regular presence at Roshan family events.
Saba will next be seen in the Amazon Prime film Songs of Paradise, for which Hrithik publicly cheered after the teaser launch. Hrithik was last seen in War 2, which underperformed at the box office.
