Telugu romantic comedy Little Hearts is winning hearts everywhere, emerging as the most profitable Telugu film of 2025.
Made on a shoestring budget of just ₹2 crore, the Mouli Tanuj Prashanth–Shivani Nagaram starrer has become a sensational box office success.
Directed by Sai Marthand, the film hit theatres on September 5, 2025. It opened with ₹1.35 crore on day one and has only grown stronger since.
On its fifth day, the film collected another ₹2.25 crore, pushing its India net total to ₹11.90 crore. Including taxes, the gross earnings have climbed to ₹14.05 crore.
With these numbers, Little Hearts has officially dethroned Court: State vs A Nobody to claim the top spot as the year’s most profitable Telugu film. It has also surpassed the performance of the Sankranti hit Sankranthiki Vasthunam.
Overseas Success
The film’s overseas run is equally impressive. In North America, Little Hearts crossed $100K on its first Tuesday, marking the third-biggest Tuesday haul of the year for a Telugu release - behind only Sankranthiki Vasthunam and Court. If the trend continues, the film is on track to hit the coveted $1 million milestone in the coming days.
A small-budget entertainer with a big heart, Little Hearts has set a benchmark in 2025 for profitability and audience connect, proving once again that content-driven cinema can create the loudest noise at the box office.
