Exhibitors have voluntarily reduced shows of both 'Laal Singh Chaddha' and 'Raksha Bandhan' due to low turnout, said a Bollywood Hungama report.
While approximately 1,300 shows of 'Laal Singh Chaddha' have been reduced, 'Raksha Bandhan' has seen a reduction of 1,000 shows across the country, it added.
The films reportedly failed to earn a combined total of Rs 20 crore on opening day.
Laal Singh Chaddha has collected around 11.50 crore nett on its first day is way below the expectations of the film.
The opening day performance has shocked the Hindi Film Industry and put trade in a state of confusion.
