It's nearly been a year since a Raviteja starrer was released. Nothing is working out as per Raviteja's plans that he is forced to sit idle since his last film Bengal Tiger had hit the marquee.
Raviteja has been making constant attempts to get a film on track, ever since he walked out of Dil Raju’s project.
After contemplating various options he decided to go with director Bobby’s film. The project has been in pre-production for a while, but it never took off. Rumor mills have been pointing at Raviteja as the reason for the delay as he is quoting unreasonable price.
However, latest buzz from the industry circles say that the producer was ready to pay as per Raviteja’s demand, but he backed off when the director demanded 2 crore as his remuneration. Writer Kona Venkat also has quoted 1.5 crore, claimed sources.
If the producer has to pay around 17 crore for the cast and crew, how much should he spend on the making and post production?
Anything over 25 crore will be a burden for the makers considering recent form of Raviteja. It is absolutely ridiculous if Bobby is really demanding 2 crore just after delivering an absurd product like Sardaar Gabbar Singh.
As far as Kona’s demands are concerned, his recent track record should speak for itself.
