Bethaludu that was released on Thursday enjoyed a superb opening in the Telugu states. Bichagadu factor worked big time for this Vijay Antony starrer, but the word of mouth is not so encouraging. The film’s collections dipped on its second day which is in tune with the public talk.
Manyam Puli released on Friday with strong opening collections across AP and Telangana. Mohan Lal’s thriller drama grabbed the attention of masses and the word of mouth also is encouraging. It has good chances to do well over the weekend especially in B and C centers.
Last week’s release Jayammu Nischayammura tanked at the box office and Remo did below average business despite the aggressive promotions.
Ekkadiki Pothavu Chinnavada remained steady in week days and is looking at another decent weekend. The film has exceeded everybody’s expectations including that of its team. It is one of the biggest hits of the year with buyers making more than fifty percent profits on their investments.
