Huge Drop In 'Vakeel Saab' Collections

Huge Drop In 'Vakeel Saab' Collections

Pawan Kalyan’s “Vakeel Saab” which took a flying start at the box office in its first weekend has failed to continue the same momentum.

The film saw a huge drop in collections everywhere in Andhra to Telangana.

As the second wave of corona cases is on the rise,  regular audiences, and family audiences are not turning up at the theaters. This was quite evident from Sunday evening itself.

Except for Vizag city, the collections on Monday are below par in all the cities and towns.

The team is hoping to see some spike in collections today as the festival holiday would help the movie.

The film has reportedly recovered 65 percent of its business already but it needs another Rs 25 crore to reach the break-even stage. It is a huge task.

However, there is no other film that would hit screens for another two weeks. “Vakeel Saab” will continue its run without any competition for 15 days more.

So, it still has chances to recover albeit in a slow manner, as long as no night curfew or partial lockdown comes into picture.
