About 100 TEAM volunteers gathered at the FMSC location by 2 pm and attended a orientation session about the process.

Volunteers learned about rules and regulations to maintain clean and hygiene environment while packing the food and the ingredients, measurements etc. As the warehouse team moved the ingredients in to packing area, kids and parents swiftly started the packing process measuring right ingredients with right quantities while  weighing and sealing the the bags. Sealed packets were boxed and checked by TEAM's quality control team and accounted for shipping crates. As the process geared up some nice Indian/telugu music was played to entertain hard working volunteers.

In two hours TEAM volunteers have prepared for about  20,000 meals in 3,312 packets. It is measured as whole meal for 55 kids for one year! It was an exciting and valuable experience for young children doing a voluntary service which directly help feed other kids who are in disparate need in Haiti. FMSC thanked all the volunteers and TEAM for their service. TEAM arranged refreshments to all volunteers after the event, in near by park, in appreciation of their services.
