Countdown begins for North America Telugu Association’s convention happening on June 30, July 1 and July2. For months the convention committee have been working hard to bring one of the finest Telugu convention involving literary, spiritual, cultural and insightful panel discussions such as Women’s and medical forum, not to mention many sporting events that NATA conducted.
NATA held its signature NATA Idol in association with TV5 and NATA Beauty Pageant in Dallas, TX as the countdown begins for the NATA convention. Over 500 attended the event which was held under the Cultural team’s guidance. Lead Chair Dr. Darga Reddy and the team ensured the entertainment is notched up a level higher.
On the other hand, NATA Convention 2023 Exhibits are getting ready to have memorable show. This is evident by the team’s theme ‘Provide valuable and pleasant exhibitor experience’. The committee spearheaded by Chair Suresh Vuluvala, with other team co-chairs and members including Hari Singam, Siva Valluru, Subba Reddy Yeeragudi, Venkatreddy Durgempudi, RBS Reddy, Pardhasaradhi Manda, Lakshmi Narayana Reddy Gopireddy, Parimala Marpaka, Satish Bandaru, Koti Reddy. The committee adopted innovative ways to organize the exhibits such as portal live plan for use by Vendors and attendees. A total of 200 booths are planned while 190+ have now been signed up by vendors from Jewelry, Real Estate, Boutiques, Gems, Farming industry and sectors. This is first of its kind in the history of Telugu conventions and the sole purpose is to ensure the vendors and attendees get a pleasant experience.
While on the other hand the divine Almighty is preparing Himself to shower His eternal grace in Dallas, TX. In less than two weeks’ time NATA attendees will witness Sri. Srinivasa Kalyanam. The divine wedding that seized over time for the welfare of mankind! The blissful smile, the divine couple, and their unending love for us! Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams is performing the Srinivasa Kalyanam at NATA. Archakas and Veda Pandits exclusively from TTD will be performing the Kalyanam with the Utsava idols belonging to TTD. Apart from Puja material, the world famous Tirupathi Laddu Prasadam are being brought. Hymns on Saptagiri by Chaitanya brothers along with 108 performers from Dallas, Kollatam, Annamacharya hymns by Kalyani Dwibhashya. Kalyanam will be held on July 2nd at 7:00 AM.

Bheemavarapu, Rammohan Arekooty, Gayatri Giri, Sreekanth Konda, Anoop Devireddy, Arpitha Obulareddy, Hari Singam, while members include Vijay Todupunoori, Rajah Vysyaraju, Vijay Sai, Swaroopa Armanda, Satish Yarlagadda, Devendra Polireddy, Maheswari Gopireddy. Advisors are Sudha Kondapu, Goutam Miyapuram, Dr. Darga Nagireddy, Jayachandra Reddy, Konda Reddy Dwarsala.
NATA also held its last sporting event their signature Volleyball tournament before the convention. Under the leadership of its convention sports chair Chinasatyam Veernapu, Convener NMS Reddy, there were two formats of the cup, namely NATA Presidents Cup and NATA Convener Cup. There were 28 teams and a total of 300+ players and visitors. Many enthusiasts instilled true spirit of the game and shared in unison that the event was well organized. Indy Roots Black, Volley Wolves from NATA President Cup were declared winner and runner-up, while GWR and Marvels from NATA Convener Cup were declared winner and runner-up. The trophies are planned to be given away at the NATA Convention.
