Well know MLA Duo (Husband and wife sitting MLAS)Sri Kothakota Dayakar Reddy, TDP MLA from Makthal constituenncy and Smt Kothakota Seetha Dayakar Reddy TDP MLA from Devarakadra who represent two backward constituencies in mahaboobnagar district met Paalamoor, Telangana and other NRIs in Pleasanton california last weekend.
Very well known for their soft and clean nature in politics this wife and husband MLAs sit in the same assembly from same party and same district and give a nice visual pair to many in current day politics.
About 200 NRIs met at the residence of Narendra Kothakota and shared their anxiety of current day politics and state of affairs in AP with MLA couple.
MLA pair gave a nice audience and answers to all questions raised by NRIs with regard to corruption in present politics, backwardness of Paalamoor(Mahaboob nagar Dist)and development programs being undertaken in the region, Telangana issue etc. MLA couple explained how governance is going through different challenges, how they are working towards development of most backward district, how husband and wife serve the people in different constituency while continuing their happy family life.
They have explained the backwardness of Mahaboobnagar district like labor migrations, illiteracy, santination challenges and requested NRIs to join hands in development activities to motherland with out any affiliations. They both have reaffirmed their support for Telangana statehood.
Important Paalamoor, Telangana and Other district NRIs attended the meeting. People include well known local NRIs Vijay Chavva, Narendra Kothakota, Bhasker Maddi, KV Reddy, Viswnath Reddy, Ragavendra, Madhu Vanga etc have attended.
