It's a mishap observed from a leading software company in India. In the last 3 months 4 employees were died of heart attack. When probed into the details it was understood that many factors lead them to get attacked by that perilous pain.
As per the doctors and the colleagues it was understood that the following aspects took those 3 men and a woman to death. All were aged between 34 and 37.

Work pressure is related to attitude. Meeting deadlines is do-die situation for some. Such people undergo more pressure. Taking deep breathes and doing pranaayama every morning would certainly reduce this panic, say doctors.
Dissatisfaction or no job satisfaction is the one that puts the mind dull. Since, job cannot be avoided, get engaged in talking to your friends at least for 15 minutes everyday. Choose a few who suit your wave length and talk to them something that keeps you happy.
Food habit is the most vital factor in maintaining health. Getting glued to burgers, pizzas and other fast food stuff for longer years would damage total constitution of the body and leads to high cholesterol, over fat and ultimately heart attack.
Put at least 20 minutes of time everyday in rigorous exercise. Sweat out and burn some calories. That keeps you fit and healthy.
Sleep for 8 hrs every day. Lack of sleep affects on your nervous-system.
