The release of the album happened in style at Shanta auditorium in the premises of Sunshine hospital in Secunderabad. The chief guest for the event Dr C Narayana Reddy released the CD and he also happens to be Ghazal Srinivas’s guru. The Ghazals he wrote were sung and promoted by Srinivas at many instances. Also, Ghazal Srinivas writes his own compositions and sings too.
Samskruthi learnt Carnatic music from the age of 4 and has been continuing since then. This is her debut album and the event was graced by many biggies. Notable among them were Lagadapati Rajagopal, Dr Yarlagadda Lakshmi Prasad, Sunshine hospitals Guruva Reddy, Phoenix Infra Chukkapalli Suresh, Mahalakshmi power Yarlagadda Harish Chandra Prasad, Justice Chandra Kumar, Madhura Sreedhar, Sirasri. The album has been released in Madhura audio label.
Noted writer and mimicry artiste Phani Madhav Kasthuri compered the event. The album comprises of 7 ghazals. Usually Hindi ghazals are romantic and passion filled but these ghazals are written to express children’s tender feelings. This is the first of its kind in India wherein a 12 year old girl has rendered her voice for Ghazals with this genre.
