Samaikyandhra Meeting was held on last Sunday in Atlanta, USA. It was organized by the members of AP NRI Forum (http://www.AndhraPradeshNRI.org/).

he speakers have unanimously condemned the Congress Party and UPA government for trying to divide the state of Andhra Pradesh for electoral gains.
They warned the Congress and BJP parties against dividing the state without following the conventions and Constitutional process.
They have cautioned that the country would be disintegrated due to such actions performed in haste for short term political gains.
Mr Mohan Devu, who has been living in Atlanta for the last 40 years, expressed his sadness that the politicians were being selfish while making major political decisions and reminded the audience that the AP NGO’s have been on strike for more than 70 days without taking salaries. He mentioned that the Central government is reminding us the British rule. He advised the attendees to not to yield to these politicians who have no ethics.
Mr Mohan Reddy, who hails from Telangana area said that he supports United AP. He wanted to join the fight for United AP even by selling his properties if required. He mentioned that 70% of people in Telangana support United AP, Telangana area got benefitted by Seemandhra people moving to their area, and Telangana area has developed more than Seemandhra area. He suggested that we need to cut off power and water to all the politicians that are not with us.
He blasted Sonia Gandhi for trying to divide the state and all the politicians who are blindly following her orders. He lashed out on Botsa for cooperating with Sonia in dividing the state, for CM position.
He mentioned that the politicians are trying to divide the state for their positions, but not for people. He also blasted on Chidambaram for trying to make Telugus week by dividing them. He told the audience that the separatists were threatening United AP supporters if they speak up.
Mr Dhanunjaya Reddy blamed our state politicians more than the leaders at the Center. Mr Suresh Karothu demanded all the politicians to join the Samaikyandhra movement by leaving their parties aside. In addition to many United AP supporters, the meeting was attended by AP NRI members Vijay Ravilla, Subba Rao Maddali, Satish Musunuri, Kiran Kandula, Guru Paradarami, Srini Alavala, Ramakrishna Nemani, Sudhakar Borra, Murali Pasam, Satheesh Doniparti, Vasu Nalla, Prasad Yalamanchi and Sai Rajiv Reddy.
