1. It is very closely located to Jubilee Hills
2. Being built as unique master piece in entire AP with multiple floors
3. Advertisement is done in very big way alluring everyone
4. The projections given in Ad are also impressive
5. The price is reasonable (approx Rs 4500 per sft, say the unofficial sources)
Although there is no boom, the venture is getting this response for its location and projection factor.
On the flip side many realtors are envious of LANCO Raj Gopal. His wife Padma Raj Gopal is getting many new friends ever since the announcement of LANCO Hills venture. Although the flats are being sold out in brisk pace, the wives of many realtors are enquiring with envy, "Had they really sold out?"
Similarly the bigger venture is proposed in Vijayawada as well by other group. The prices of flats are ranging from Rs 30 to Rs 35 lakh at present. Although the standards will be trendy, until and unless any big software hub comes to Vijayawada, the rental values remain very low.
