Now, with strong reports arriving that Telangana state is not happening, the market has gained some oxygen. Reports are arriving from various realtor companies that customers have begun to show interest in purchasing apartments and there has been a steep increase in the pricing as well.
A noted builder based in Banjara Hills revealed “The Telangana issue became a major headache not just for us but for many businesses and offices. But atleast now, the government is showing resistance to this politically motivated movement. We are happy that our segment is showing some improvement. It is also a good thing for the customer as they can go ahead with confidence in buying properties.”
