Real Estate: Investment On Lands Is A Waste

The most dynamic yet volatile market like the share market is the real estate market. And Hyderabad has been one place which was once the hot cake. However, thanks to the Telangana chaos, the total market has collapsed. But then, here are few pointers from the real estate experts.

They say “If you are planning to buy property in square yards in the suburbs then it is waste, if it were in acres then ok. People are preferring living close to city in vertical heights but not in independent houses horizontally and miles away from the city. The people who invested in 2007 boom on far lands need to leave the land for next generation only.”

They add “Especially in areas like Kompally, Toopran areas, no developments are happening. Instead, investing in towns is best. 20 years ago, the picture was different now it is different. People always like to live close to city. Areas such as Neredmet, Hayathnagar etc are dead for small properties. Investing in lands means in big acres, small yards plots will be of no use. If you are still interested to buy then maybe it will be useful for grandchildren’s generation. The fundamental to remember is, the city is expanding vertically not horizontally. So investment in real estate should be done accordingly.”
