Now the prices of apartments in Hyderabad are sounding to be reasonable than before. The flats those were quoted at Rs 50 lakh 5 months ago are now being available at Rs 35 lakhs. This is observed in many areas in newly constructing apartments in and around Gachchibowli, Kondapur and Nizam Pet. There is a drastic change in the Builders and Developers' business as well when compared to 5-6 months ago and now.
