The Air India flight bound for Mumbai got delayed by nearly 1 hour 45 minutes. As expected, the passengers got irritated. This went to another peak when they were not given a clear timeline on when they would take off. In no time, one passenger started off venting out his steam and soon, others joined him.
Exactly at that time, the cabin crew of the flight came and one among them was the air hostess. Flashing a smile, she tried to explain that such things happen once in a while. Without waiting for a second, the passenger snarled back ‘F*&^k You..dont smile when we are tensed up’ and while he was repeating it a few times, the pretty lady didn’t say a word and left.
Yes, the disgust of the passengers is understood and hence no Air India crew condemned or retorted on the passenger.
