Just like their agenda which is purely political and selfish, even their statements have been beyond reason and logic. I am talking about KCR and his family. Till sometime back, his daughter Kavita was somewhat sensible and was trying to ride on sentimental exploitation but now even she has begun to blabber.
At least that is the reaction coming in from many intellectuals and noted people of Hyderabad. Apparently, Kavita said Hyderabad people are using Osman Sagar water from many decades and even the underground drainage system is also done in Nizam era’s only. She asked what Seemandhra people did for Hyderabad.
Moreover, she has shown a story in ‘Outlook’ magazine and said that even international magazines are mentioning Hyderabad as scam city and all the scamsters are from Seemandhra. She took it granted that people are fools enough to believe if she says that as international magazine.
The funniest aspect is Kavita giving credit to Nizam who was a settler in Hyderabad like that of Seemandhra people. According to wiki- “The Asaf Jah dynasty was of Turkic origin from the region around Samarkand in modern day Uzbekistan, The dynasty was founded by Mir Qamar-ud-Din Siddiqi, a viceroy of the Deccan under the Mughal Empire from 1713 to 1721. He intermittently ruled after Aurangzeb's death in 1707. In 1724, Mughal control lapsed, and Asaf Jah declared himself independent in Hyderabad”-
This clearly shows that the Nizam empire came not just from outside Telangana but from outside India. It is lucidly evident that without knowing history Kavita is talking mindlessly.
Well, keeping all this aside, if she claims that there is no Seemandhra contribution for the development of Hyderabad, then why no Telangana city was developed like that of Vizag, Vijayawada, Guntur, Rajahmundry, Tirupati, Nellore etc. If she believes Telangana leaders are efficient and honest unlike Seemandhra leaders, she should be able to show at least one Telangana city on par with any developed city in Seemandhra.
