Off late, the craze for multiplex has been increasing in a rather big way and so, the owners seem to be using this as a good forum to spread noble messages. This time, it is the turn of the Prasads Multiplex management that has made a sensible gesture.
As part of the Vinayaka Chavithi, the management has installed a ‘News Paper Ganesh’ and the idea behind that is to convey Environment protection. The staff said that they want to spread a message in this way and do their bit to save earth from pollution.
It is also being said that they are now looking at selling similar Ganeshs in the future years. On an average, the Ganeshs that sit in the apartment premises range anywhere between Rs 3000 – Rs 7000 and this is a rather costly affair which is also harming the environment at a later stage. Hence, the idea is to sell Paper Ganesh @ just Rs 500 to Rs 1000 from next year.
