It gives us an immense pleasure to announce that the KNM Degree College, Miryalaguda is taken over by the Government of AP with the G.O. Ms. No. 290 issued on 12/12/2008 (Please find attached copy of the GO). Finally 25 years of the struggle came to an end with even more good news as Government of AP decided to regularize all the staff 60+.
Despite of their political affiliations Sri Julakanti Ranga Reddy (MLA, Mriyalaguda) Garu and KomatiReddy Venkat Reddy Garu (MLA, Nalgonda) came together worked with NALGONDA.ORG team to get this done successfully. We wouldn't take credit away from Sri JULAKANTI RANGA REDDY GARU for keeping this fight on for last 15 years. .
Most importantly Dr. Venkat reddy Banda with his generous donation of $50K and donations and Support of other members of the Nalgonda.org team, moved this forward by raising around $80K towards infrastructure development of KNM Degree College during the last year. This created very positive movement and the people of Miryalaguda started believing in this forum as a means to reach the goal and of course we exceeded their expectations. Not only raising the funds we also inspired the people of Miryalaguda to constitute Miryalaguda Development Forum to undertake more such projects.
Finally we would like thank Honble Cheif Minister Sri Y.S Rajasekhar Reddy garu for accepting the reasonable demand and responding very positively,
We always believed that POLITICS is not only means of serving the people and this is one classic example for that. Now we can proudly say that we (as WWW.NALGONDA.ORG) are setting high standards today by delivering this project successfully.
