The Governing Board is extremely pleased to inform you that TANA has reached settlement agreements with Bob Kakarala in the case in Texas and with Ravi Madala and the other eight plaintiffs in the case in Maryland. We would like to thank all those TANA members of good will who helped to achieve this peaceful resolution.
We would also like to inform you that very soon, Bob Kakarala will be reinstated as President of TANA.
We look forward to putting all of the difficulties of the recent past behind us and to all of us working together in peace and harmony to pursue the goals of our cherished organization.
Preparations of the upcoming unified 17th TANA Conference (Chicago) are well underway. We are confident that the positive progress we have achieved in the TANA legal matters will surely act as a catalyst towards energizing the TANA Volunteers accross America.
