Sources say that by this way, they want to save the risk of getting the recruits to places like Pakistan and Afghanistan and train them. A local sleeper cell would be appointed to provide the necessary inputs and that way a new generation of Fidayeen who would be certified terrorists. Agents are being appointed across many parts who would identify potential candidates and they are being brainwashed into the concept of mindless killing in the name of 'Holy war'.
There is also news that to ensure the smooth functioning of the online Jihad University, the terror networks are in preparation of a secure firewall that cannot be breached and those who are enrolled into the program are given access to it through which the emails and other communication has been happening and this is also happening through a secret code language.
It is time that the authorities wake up and intensify their vigil across various net centres and also employ a new wave of Internet hackers who can get inside these forts and neutralize the entire system.
