Apparently, Sreeram was voted by people across all corners of the state irrespective of their regions and this unity has got the victory to a deserving talent.
Sreeram hails from the Prakasam district originally and he along with his family is settled in Hyderabad from many years. While his proper is a non-Telangana region, today he is very much part of Telangana but can he be associated with any region like this? that is the question.
Today, the win for Sreeram was not just about his singing but it also brought together all the Telugus. Considering a situation where the state was split, the chances of identifying him as a Telugu man would have been gone and instead, the Andhra people may not have got the inclination to vote since he belongs to Telangana region or vice versa. This is an example that many in our state must reflect upon and realize how being together can bring pride to the Telugus.
