Now it is our second attempt on the occasion of Independence Day. We, at Greatandhra.com believe that true Independence can be seen when children grow up with independent thoughts, vision, mission and desire to take the world into further advancement while making themselves financially strong. This is possible only with education. Hence we identified a genuine Orphan home, being run by a middle class couple unselfishly.
Mr and Mrs M. Raghunath, the ardent devotees of Shirdi Sai Baba, have been running Dwarakamayee Seva Samithi in their own house at KPHB. They are feeding and educating 55 orphan children. They named all the children with prefix ‘Sai’.
Mr Raghunath says, “We sincerely feel we are not doing this activity. Hence we never publicize about this. It’s only Sai Baba who is using us as a tool to take care of these children. If we feel we are doing, we may even calculate to buy a chocolate for all these children. But Sai Baba is taking care by feeding and educating them through the donors those have personally come here and witness. My wife is happy for mothering these children. She personally cooks and feeds them. I’m working in ISB in administration department. I’m in touch with police stations and hospitals to bring any orphan child to my home immediately. We are feeling strong, healthy and peaceful day by day by adding children to our home. That’s an evidence to say Sai Baba is with us”.
Siraa Sri, the film lyricist, who participated in this event said, “It is great that Mr and Mrs Raghunath are running this in their own home and treating these children as their own. They are very rich at heart that makes all material riches come to their need even without asking. Law of Karma serves them to the fullest”.
Vakkantham Chandramouli, the popular astrologer said, ““Education is the only way to make children stand on their feet. It is necessary to educate these children in standard schools those enrich moral values and equip modern education to students with balanced pedagogy methods. For this, each child should be adopted by willing donors to educate them from primary school age to professional studies. As per astrology those couples who suffer from not having kids and those suffer from problems even though having kids can clear their problems by doing charity deeds in orphanages like these. This is one of the best remedies. I have been supporting this orphanage from the past few years”.
Vakkantham Shilpa, who is into social activities and supporting orphanages said, “It is difficult to identify the true orphanages being run unselfishly. Otherwise it becomes ‘apaathra daanam’ for the donors. It is not just money that drives the orphan homes but true hearts those run these. Dawarakamayee is one such orphan home that is being run with wholehearted unselfish motive by Mr and Mrs Raghunath. It is certainly wise to support this”.
Pabba Susheel Kumar, another donor said, “It is the time factor that keeps many far from serving the people. Hence supporting the people those do such good deeds is the only best way in life”.
Mr Guru Reddy said, “I’ve been coming to this orphanage along with Mr Vakkantham Chandramouli and moved looking at the way the couple are serving them. I can only say that not even a single rupee will be misused here”.
Mr Pabba Balaiah, Mr Guru Reddy, Mr Vakkantham Chandramouli, Mr Siraa Sri have added their donations to the greatandhra.com charity fund in order to donate towards Dwarakamayee Seva Samithi for clearing all the pending school fees dues of children.
