There is a lot of demand for marriage halls during wedding seasons and TTD Kalyana Mandapams are the first choice for many people.
Not only does the TTD charge a reasonable price for the hall, but devotees for obvious reasons want to get married in the TTD hall for religious reasons.
The facilities are also good. But the process of booking the mandapam is quite cumbersome. One has to go to the head office in Tirupati in person and pay for the hall.
Here is good news now. Thanks to technology, the TTD is all set to introduce online bookings of its marriage halls located across the State from June 1.
Specially designed or customized software ordered by the TTD is making this possible. Customers can now book the marriage hall online and pay for their use online. All details will be available online. However certain precautionary measures have been added.
For example if the hall is booked for a marriage, then photographs of the bride, groom and their parents will also have to be submitted well in advance.
