FIA is hosting 13th annual India Festival on Saturday, September 17th, 2011 from 10 AM to 10 PM at Veterans Memorial Hall, Downtown Columbus, Ohio to create awareness about Indian culture and adding diversity to the Central Ohio community.
This event will be graced by Ted Strickland former Governor Ohio, Michael Coleman Mayor,Columbus, Mike Dewine Attorney General Ohio, State Reps Michael Stinziano & Jay Goyal, Guru Vasudev CTO, Nationwide SVP Enterprise, Greg Schultz Chairman Obama 2012 campaign, John O Grady County Commissioner, Barbara A. Pratzner President-Columbus Sister Cities International, Inc and Deborah Scherer, Director, Global Markets-Columbus 2020 Columbus Regions.
Indian Idol 2 runner up and Filmfare award winner NC Karunya, Singing Star VijayaLakshmi, USA Zee Saregamapa winner Darshana Menon and Ohio Opera Singer Kristern Basore will be performing at the event.
