Fact Check: Is 108 Ambulance Picture Fact Or Fake?

Social media has become the platform for quick spread of news. But one needs to reconfirm if something is true or fake.

Let us discuss about the most viral news of today.

Viral News:

A picture of a doctor/ nurse holding an infant has been making rounds from this morning with the description "First baby born and safely delivered in 108 Ambulance with out even visiting the hospital ... Surely Andhra Pradesh is in #CAPABLE and #SAFE hands of our Honourable Chief Minister Jaganmohan Reddy garu".

Many have believed in this and pushed forward button instantly to spread it fast. But is this real?

Fact Check:

This picture is not at all related to Andhra Pradesh. Adding to that the doctor/nurse is not wearing the mask, implying that this is not post Covid era. This is a three year old pic from Kerala dated back to March 2017, when a doctor saved a mother and a baby after 7 hours of surgery.

Conclusion:

After unearthing the facts, greatandhra.com unleashes the truth and confirms that it is a fake pic and not related to the 108s of AP.

The newly launched upgraded 108 and 104 vehicles in a grand way by the Chief Minister of AP YS Jagan Mohana Reddy has inspired some over enthusiast netizen to fabricate this fake news and make viral.
