Early Marriages @ 18 and 21 Desperate

Talks during Drink sessions don’t always lead to ‘Sollu Khaburlu’. There are some useful points of information that come out. Recently, few lawyers of High Court of AP were having a drink discussion and they came out with an interesting analysis and current day situations.
 
One of them said “Marriage and divorce are having a tough competition. These days, girls want to settle before they get married. They are getting inspired from film actresses and want to marry after they reach 30. Secondly, they are not getting people of their dream choice.”
 
He added “What they do not know is that as they keep postponing it gets difficult. It is the same for boys also but with girls it is going to be even more difficult. Boys will get girls if they get good money and have a good job. That’s not the case with girls. Moreover, in Indian society we cannot live freely without marriage.”
 
So, here is the interesting part of the discussion, the group mentioned “Just like olden days early marriages should happen at the age of 18 and 21 for girls and boys.  We are already reaching that situation. Parents are starting search when the girl is 16 and getting her married at 18. Due to that, divorce rate is less. Those who get married late, the divorce rate is very high. They are used to living independently so they are unable to compromise or adjust. But by getting married young they are bonded together strongly.” Well, this sure is going to make a better society then.
