Double Guinness world Recorder, Eminent ghazal singer "Maestro" Dr Ghazal Srinivas collected Rs 3 Lakhs through his Fundraiser ghazal concert at Satyasainigamaagamama, srinagar colony, Hyderabad and presented the amount to the Organizers of NICE Orphanage.
Intelligroup, Bibo, Vantech companies supported the concert by contributing Rs 25,000/- each.
Founder of AP NRI USA Smt Sailaja Adaluri, had contributed $500 for the Orphans.
Noted film Artists Sri Gowthamraj, Smt Delhi Rajeswari, Smt Sruthi, Smt Lakshmi, Film Director Dr L Srinath, Music Director Sri Veenapani, Poet Rasa Raju were present in the concert and appreciated the selfless efforts of Ghazal Maestro.
Dr Y Lakshmi Prasad, chairman Hindi Acadamy graced the occasion as a chief guest.
Baby Sanskrithi and Smt Swaroopa also presented few ghazals and enthralled audience.
Mimicry Ramesh and Phani Madhav Kasturi presented comedy skits and mimicry.
NICE Orphanage is located at Mainpaadu village in Guntur district. Nearly 175 children are taking shelter in the orphanage and also getting CBSE syllabus Education.
Dr Ghazal Srinivas, and Dr Sandeep Pandey have been supporting NICE Organization since 2005. Earlier Dr Srinivas contributed 2-50 Lakhs for the construction of Hostel Block at NICE.
