CAR RALLY In Dallas-Fort Worth to Celebrate INDIAN NATIONAL CONGRESS VICTORY in 2009 elections
Dr. Y.S. RajaShekar Reddy garu, Chief Minister, the state of Andhara Pradesh will deliver personal message(over the video conference) to the Telugu speaking people of Dallas-Fort Worth area, on the occasion of Governament formation.
The ruling party, Indian National Congress which leads the United Progressive Alliance (UPA), a collection of other political parties has won 2009 elections with huge majority. This week UPA will be forming the government in central and in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
To celebrate this great event several Telugu people in DFW area will conduct a 500 + Motor Vehicle Rally in Irving-Texas. This privately organized rally conducted by Dr. Tarakumar Reddy (Physician), Ajay Reddy (Businessman), Gopi Chillakuru (Software Professional), Rao Kalavala (Business consultant), Ramana Reddy (Software Professional), Prasad Reddy Mallu and many others.
The program scheduled for Saturday May 23, 2009 at 3:00 PM iwith Motor Vehicle Rally from Thomas Jefferson Park, 1201 Hidden Ridge Rd, Irving , Irving . The expected route is along MacArthur and ending in Hollywood Theaters (8505 Walton Boulevard, Irving). After some speeches, a Telugu movie will be shown. The rally will have security escort as well as stickers on every participating automobile .
There are already 250 members signed to participate in the rally. It is expected more than 1000 people will participate in the event. Live messages from several National Congress leaders from India will be broadcasted during the event.
