This might come across as a surprise but then if one were to ask what is the reason behind such poor driving sense in the city of Hyderabad and why so many accidents are taking place, the one and only reason for that is the presence of brokers and their power at the RTA.
Apparently, getting a license is a herculean task and it is only the presence of a broker that can get you the required license in a jiffy. The privilege is that you will get some support straight from the authorities during your examination, of course at some extra costs.
Despite tall claims by the authorities that they have resolved the broker issue, the fact remains that brokers are still the teachers of traffic while the RTA folks are becoming richer by the day. At the end of all this, it is those innocent and hapless victims who are driving on the road that have to pay the price.
